Please email <a href=\"mailto:ovicommittee@hotmail.com\">ovicommittee@hotmail.com<\/a> or telephone 07926378753<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> we are a small group of volunteers, and it may take up to 48 hours to reply to emails.  If no response to telephone calls, please leave a voicemail.  We DO respond as soon as we can.  <strong>We are unable to process enquiries through our Face Book Page<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">When emailing please include the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Full Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full Postal Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact telephone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type of event (e.g. children&#8217;s party, party aged 13 and over etc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Times of hire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that when considering times you wish to hire, you need to include time for set-up and time for you to clean\/clear the hall after the event.  For private parties\/events <em>(except Children&#8217;s Parties &#8211; see below)<\/em>, you are allowed half an hour free set-up and half hour clear away, but most hirers book additional time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">CHILDREN&#8217;S PARTIES <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We have a special rate for a children&#8217;s party \u00a350 (3-hrs and this includes set-up and clear), but additional time may be booked at \u00a312 per hour. Please ensure you have allowed adequate time for setting-up and clear\/cleaning the hall after the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">We do allow one Bouncy Castle up to 9ft high, but you must ensure the OVI Committee is fully indemnified. Please check carefully with your bouncy castle\/soft play provider.
