OSGODBY DIG
At our meeting on 12 September come along and hear about the “Osgodby Dig”
The Osgodby Dig was a real community affair with local residents getting involved in geophysics (Autumn 2021) and digging the four main trenches, or washing finds (Spring 2022). 13 residents volunteered to have tests pits in their gardens.
Dr Jon Kenny, Community Archaeologist, who led our project will be talking about the dig and sharing conclusions.
